As everybody can recall Dutchess line of credit was used very sparingly while RHL group (BL's money!) kept renewing 3 million dollar credit line in exchange for common stock! I suspect this will be the case in the future with this new credit line! Nice to have this available in the event our PPS rises due to revenue from China, Australia, Domestic, and so on! A large influx of money could be needed immediately by an acquisition, hugh order of Kodak or Fitjitsu machines, hiring of sales force or any number of scenarios that MMRF now has the backup credit line for!....Smart dude BL is...getting set up and making sure he does not get caught with his pants down!...He is ready and all I and others need to do is wait...I am wondering if this new credit line would also include Bio spinoff?...Druggy companys have been known to SOAR ...kinda cool if that new company was also tied into credit line with much higher PPS...time will tell...patience....JMO.....Tiffer
