--110 million shares outstanding.
--4 major credit card companies paying infringment compensation to SMME
--in 2009/2010, just after the initial lawsuit was filed, Mastercard set aside $400 million for future lawsuit losses.
--4 times $400 million is $1.6 BILLION
--give half to the lawyers and that leaves about $6-7/ SMME share.
++and then add something for what SMME will receive in FUTURE compensation for the continued use of their patent!!!
