Checked SEC website. Strange there is no mention of this action.

Then I thought maybe there was no entries of actions taken on Feb 6th as the alleged newspaper article purports. Then I checked for any entries of events on Feb 6th on the SEC website and found some. This is really strange the way this whole series of events is going on.
