It's hard to know where to begin dissecting the BS - it's what they call a "target rich environment."

I did like the bit about the non-existent Coleridge Resources that Mal's going to pay an equally non-existent $35 million for. Given the recent "on or before April 2nd" drilling absurdity, why on earth would they say they "intend to fully close the transaction on or before 03rd May 2012?"

Lies piled on lies.
