NR: If he is making a deal, which I don't see, it is not with NeoMedia. His Form 4 would make that an illegal insider trade.

That could leave YA but if YA gets an offer they have to relay it to NeoMedia and NeoMedia must 8K.

When he sells all his shares, then the possibility of a deal with NeoMedia could be broached.

Also, if he intends to buy NeoMedia, he was required to disclose this during his buy. He did not.
