Talked to Robert Jaffe. I started with introduction of course, and went into the questions on euscs list. He then stoped me and asked if he could speak for a min. i of course said yes. He then explained that being they were just brought on board that they didnt have time to discuss all this with management yet. They had a metting set up but it had changed due to management having to go to, and currently being in Canada. I then asked if the clothing line was owend independent by a owner under a different LLC or if MP had any ownership what so ever in the clothing line. He again said he would have to discuss all details of the company with upper management as they were recently brought aboard. I said perfectly understandable and that sense they came aboard the PR and information has been great. Then I asked if he could explain why a PR they released stated Cash and 55 million shares as the buyout. The 10K states Cash and 267 Million shares as the buyout. He again had no answer, I asked about the O/S and if they would be used ever. He stated om asking him to foresee something and he cant do that. Basically he said more PRs and news after they meet with the BIG DOGS. He was very nice and willing to take the time to talk, just couldnt/wouldnt say much.....
