Because people are willing to lose hundreds or thousands of dollars into a penny stock don't report the scam to the SEC, FINRA and the FBI.

If hundreds of complaints were filed there would be sufficient public pressure to force a prosecution.

Why does he get away with it?



If the TA is gagged you can bet it's not in the shareholders best interest.
