DMO:
Thank you for sharing that info. I am only a little bit surprised that a manoeuvre such as this and AS BLATANT as this gets performed on stock of such low value.
As for dilution, if SP is using that sort of fundage to attract the likes of Sverdlik and Truckenmiller, then I would have to say it appears to be money well-spent.
And to revisit a thought I had a couple of weeks ago I can easily envision a scenario where Tivus is mostly, if not completely , booked for the available slots but payments from vendors are coming when vendors are good and ready to pay. There can be up to a 90 day window between invoicing and collecting and that can cause all kinds of havoc on a ship that is running as it is supposed to be running. It is No reflection on Tivus, but Tivus ends up bearing the brunt of any cashflow problems this sort of reality can cause. This will change in favor of Tivus when more vendors learn about it and they have to compete for slots. At the early stage Tivus would probably make some sweet deals just to get the ball rolling...deals that won't be available later on.
R3: I really like what you are trying to acomplish with your posts pointed straight at SP. I support this. Keep it up.

Gotta go, possible wormhole opening within sensor range. I am NOT going to be the one who gets to take the shuttle out to investigate this time. Chekov can do it. ( I just want to hear his trademark scream over the subspace frequencies.)

SPock out.

Spock out.
