In all fairness, although it looks supportive, 2.5M purchase isn't a whole lot, it translates to less than $10K. However, I could see that it can be a flipper looking to make a nice flip as they did purchase at a low enough price to flip in the 4's.

Just MHO

The history of this company seems to always produce "conditional" forecasts as opposed to firm contracts. I would never base the outlook of a stock based on one 2.5M block purchase as a supportive indicator, could be a flipper or someone averaging down since they could've bought in the high 4's or even 5's. Of course even my own assessment is a speculation so please take this "perspective" only as a caution. If there were multiple 2.5M block purchases totalling 15M+ then that would start getting my attention.
