The issue here is not the gag, it's the tossed around numbers that have never been posted by the company, that we are supposed to just take someone word on. Is that legal? To say so and so told me so and so about ________ company, but you can't confirm that if you try just believe me.

Do you see our issue or am I wasting my time.
