here my opinion after rereading the pr.

A rs is on the table but he is concerned that by doing this it will not work and further decrease pps. which I believe is true.

"but being careful to avoid a loss of share value through such action by the company."

One thing we know for sure is that he is interested in reducing the as which is good, another thing that is good is that he is not taking the idea of an rs lightly. He knows that it will be bad for the company and shareholders and frankly I don't think he wants his first action with the company being the worst possible thing you can do to shareholders. I know that I'm going to hold bc we should get his decision in a few days and if it is a reduction in the as and a nice pr about a jv then watch out. For once I think the dilution worked in our favor bc an rs at this point would destroy what little belief that a few shareholders still have in this company. However, lets say he does rs, its not like we can't make money if the company starts releasing a ton of pr's afterwards
