keithc33, most likely no r/s imo but you must be speculating a 1:5 r/s where you would end up with 1 share for every 5 you owned, vs. what you typed a 5 for 1 which would be a forward split- getting 5 shares for every 1 owned. As a matter of fact I beleive they did have a forward split already years back! gl :)
