It wouldnt say sold if they are still working on terms. Also if there wasnt a sale in progress, why take the ad off? If BK was in their plans, company could still be sold. Would make no sense as far as I am concerned. Dont know hard to say at this point, just dont think that this looks like a bk to me. And again JMO
