It seems to me that these shares were used as an advance in early april and the actual closing date was may 24th for the sale. I don't know much about the film industry but 150000 for 143 films seems very cheap for expected revenue of 6 figures. If you reveiw all the pr's and dates you see that a timeline exists that reveals in late march and early april a large amount of money flowed into Q to finance this massive push of the last few months. I think Frank knew the money was coming and the shares were used just like they said in advance of payment which I suspect was much more than 150000 dollars. If you notice also a buyback was announced shortly after this advance which probably included these shares. I imagine the advance was done because frank knew this info would be released on the valcom filing and the actual sales price would be known. I guess we will have to wait for the next filing.
