Under Bordy's management, any degree of P2O success becomes a moot point if he destroys the company before proof of P2O viability becomes available. The company is in desperate need of cash and the self-inflicted SEC suit will not make it easier to find new investors. It is misguided to think that the lawsuits and Bordy's mismanagement are not relevant to P2O production.
