'Buckets'; There are a limited number of localized events that have been recorded & that support the abiotic theory. Though, there are other explanations that explain these events a bit better. Believers in the abiotic theory also fails to consider the almost infinite number of cases where the local geology does not support the theory.

My internet connection is limited, & did not have the patience to download the video that you posted. I'm guessing that it points toward a field that was totally depleted (or so they thought), and when later the field was reentered, it produced even more than during the initial production phase. This scenario is more than likely caused by one of the following:

- an underground blowout
- poorly cemented adjacent well-bores
- the nature of 'Solution-Gas Drive Reservoirs'. As these reservoirs are depleted & pressure drops, the natural gas that was naturally dissolved in the crude at higher pressures evolves out of solution, forming gas bubbles. At these lower pressures, these gas bubbles are no more soluble that water is in crude. These bubbles now compete with the crude to squeeze through the tiny pore spaces, trying to negotiate passage to the well-bore. More often than not these gas bubbles become caught in the pore throats, plugging them, and the reservoir is no longer permeable to the liquid phase. If these wells are shut-in for a prolonged period, the lighter fractions aka natural gas (methane, ethane, propane, etc.) migrate to the top of the reservoir, forming a gas cap. This gas cap really wants to expand & will then work just like the pressurized air (a gas) in a garden sprayer to push the liquids out of the reservoir & up the production tubing. Now the gas no longer competes for the pore space within the reservoir because it has migrated above the perforations... It took reservoir engineers decades to understand this phenomenon, and it was once thought that these reservoirs were somehow being recharged - leading to the abiotic theory...
