I wish ya the best. I did not see anything in the 10k except no money heavy debt paying for bills with shares. However news is king and once products are launched and progress is made towards FDA (even fast tracked could take some time) that is what would attract more buyers eventually. I also saw projected heavy loses for the next 2 years. It will be interesting seeing the bids in the am.
