After thinking about it, I think you are right. ATRN is going through the same scenario, filed a form 15. However, with ATRN the pps dropped, and I believe that to be due to the fact they filed an 8k announcing that they were going "dark". Further adding to the negativity. Here that is not the case, and could be reflected in a positive pps in the days to come.

I am betting the acquisition scenario as well... I dont see bankruptcy as a possibility.. JMO
