I dont understand why they are putting out a new series of Preferred stock worth $0.001 a share, and then only issuing a total of 100 shares (50 shares to an officer, and 50 shares to its director)....

so each of these two people are getting a total of 5 cents? wtf..

I must be misunderstanding something regarding that paragraph...
