I believe that if there is a buyout/merger they have 10 business days to make it public?
I am not sure of that though.. something I heard, will have to catch up on some reading.

I believe the cost of the filing is around $4k, so I doubt very much whether it is a money issue that prevents them from filing quarterlys. Doesnt seem to make any sense, my guess would be they are being bought out, but that is jmo.
