Your post makes no sense. Why would MPIX sell a piece of music without making a profit on it? How can you suggest that Time-Life or any other company with licensing rights can't make a profit? iTunes does, don't they? All they have is licensing rights, correct? I'm not suggesting MPIX is any iTunes or can even compete if it wanted to, but if they put a business plan in place, they will make millions of dollars off their music library. Hence, my comment: "the music rights alone are worth more than the company." It just needs someone like Diante to spin the straw into gold.

There are thousands of Subways that make a nice profit, but they still have to send SOME revenues to the parent company. Nobody ever claimed MPIX owned the music outright... some people just have a hard time understanding what owning licensing rights means. With a good business plan and proper execution, this stock could trade beyond the pennies. Go MPIX!!!
