Guess we know where all the shares have been coming from. There won't be any run. There won't be any dealerships. What a horrible 10K.

I'm guessing they're not even close to being done issuing shares for debt. It's the biggest scam that the SEC allows. Why run a business when you can issue shares instead.

2 billion O/S. Just as I have said.
