World Homes, Inc. Concludes an Agreement for $1 Million Equity Financing

(OTC Bulletin Board: WHME chart, msgs) ("World Homes") announced it has concluded a definitive agreement for $1 million in equity financing from an institutional investor. vFinance, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VFIN chart, msgs), the financial services industry's premier "clicks and mortar" investment bank for entrepreneurs, business owners and high net worth investors, assisted World Homes, Inc. in the transaction by structuring the equity financing. The terms were not disclosed.
