The link was to General Biofuels, VSPC doesn't speak for them, so no SEC law would be broken UNLESS Karl knew it to be false. Kinda hard to prove he knew Ruby was lying.

Of course I did send all the info I had to Karl, and he never responded. If it was true he could have said........wait the article in the Terrace Standard was wrong! General Biofuels has a plant there and I visited it and saw the operation for myself.

Karl is not stupid, he knows the SEC regs, and knows how to protect himself. The SEC puts the responsibility of due diligence on the investor.
