I am counsel to the Ontario Securities Commission in this matter and am assisting Brent Hornberger, one of of the Alberta Securities Commission Investigators, in arranging interviews of Ontario witnesses. Mr Horberger plans to conduct the interviews in Niagara Falls on April 23, 24 and 25, 2012.
