this has been made for NITE to flip constantly and bring down the price, people sell to him on the bid then he sits one or two ticks above the bid on the ask selling the ones he just bought, as he buys up the bid it drops then he drops his ask just staying above the bid. As long as people keep selling on the bid and trying to buy on the bid this will continue to drop because longs and newbies just aren't putting enough action on buying the ask.
