Most of this "war" is imaginary.

But one thing is for sure:

People generally do seem to want to talk with others on the internet when they get served legal papers.

It must be confusing to be served papers when the shareholders were given shares in by a CEO who has a habit of paying his bills in stock.

What a maroon this Bordynuik guy is. I read claims about how much he wants to maximize sharehodler value, but his actions are the exact opposite -- he seems a lot more interested in himself.
