Boy he got really careful here, did he finally take a close on forward looking statements?

"We anticipate that when these projects come to fruition and are sequentially launched, our Company value may appreciate."

But I think his most important statement was this one:

"In the meantime, we will take the necessary steps to strengthen our Company and continue our growth strategy"

IMO that's OTC or pennystock speak for we are going to increase the OS or do a RS ... you can't say he didn't warn you...LOL

Looks like he has finally figured out that very few people actually believe in Dr.K ability based on his past failures to bring the product to market.

Again IMO "will soon recognize our resolve and commitment to become a leader" is OTC speak for... We are going to take a drastic step such as R/S or O/S increase.

Think about it, Dr.K follows him saying this:

"I will be making a separate presentation with our board members to representatives in the banking and financing industry during the week"

IMO that's OTC language that translates to we will be speaking to debenture finance companies like for example SNK. Think about have you ever seen a bank loan money to an OTC company...LOL
