I think it shows confidence PCFG has their water issue under control on the other site and shouldn't be an issue much longer.

Willingness to begin exploration and evaluations of other sites shows expansion not being held back by major problems that cannot be resolved. Nothing is bothering me here - so I'm buying now while it's low....good luck to you.
