Supplement of Objective Explanations- & Facts- Details Report - April 15, 2012

One more of so may important aspect to add as following :

13 At Google input “SEC-Security Exchange Commission” and then in search
input “Velatel Global Communication Inc.” to go to section PDF-documents.
There you check all Contracts & Agreements and you will see, that of all
Parties it has none of any signatures or for Asian Parties plus personal
Stamps as their additional signatures to be also as legally accepted in Asia.

It means these are not any legally valid Contracts & Agreements at SEC,
they are only statements of Velatel in good trust of SEC by the SEC
documented for knowledge purposes only, under the conditions of SEC
believing that the original contracts by all related parties signed do in
reality at in Velatel’s hands exist.
The SEC has the right at any moment just in time, without prior notice
to see the original Contracts and if necessary also to let do forensic-
analysis to verify if any contracts are really signed at the declared dates
they suppose to be signed.
By the experienced characteristics of Velatel it can be assumed, that not
all to SEC by statements informed Contracts & Agreements in reality exist.
If so at any moment very huge problems of Velatel with the SEC could be
achieved with all possible consequences or measures of SEC and US-Laws.
