The tax information we need to know about.

I'm only allowed 3 posts per day here so I can't post this, but I'm the one who ran the tax report with the State of Delaware Corporations division (cost me $20 online). This is how the tax is calculated:

Here is what I know:

- they made a partial payment (as per Doc's post)
- they are Tax Delinquent according to the state

We want to know why.
