Would you be so kind as to update the iBox to show the existence of Series A Toxic Preferred that is convertible into 6x the outstanding common shares - i.e., 52,262,112 new common shares, and the market value is in fact $5.6 million. The current disclosure in iBox is highly misleading and inaccurate. Since I believe the current management and friends own or control much of the shares issued since the RS, the iBox should also disclose that management and insiders control upwards of 97.2% of ownership. Some may view this as positive.

The disclosure should add the Series A is Toxic because it entitles the lucky holders to get 6 new shares For Free every time the company issues 1 common share. Very lopsided and inequitable.
