All the KADR filings say Richardson was the CEO of the entire company (Arcadia Resources Inc.) and not the CEO of just the pharmacy segment right?

because he led the pharmacy segment which is now sold


Again, the question was would Comerica frown upon KADR's CEO resigning two weeks before the April 1 2012 deadline?
