I was at the Venango County Courthouse this week. There were at least 50 abstractors doing title work. Who is paying them and and what exactly are they hoping to find in Venango County? I would tend to think this is not speculation, I think these companies, from the result of testing believe contains oil and or wet gas in the utica formation. Anyone have thoughts on this, agree, disagree?

There is a lot of interest in Venango Co. You are going to see a lot of action this summer. These abstractors are looking for the owners of the O & G and will be making offers.
I imagine that Shell is still doing title on the leases that were signed in Dec. Seneca had a signing and will be doing title work. Range has signed some people. Adapt, Caffey, Vista.....lots of work to do.
Venango is hot right now. And with that many different companies active, it help boost prices.
