Also, your question from your previous post "KATX wholly owns BVIG, and 88% of BVIG's stock will distributed to the KATX stockholders who held shares as of 12/21/11, but KATX only owns 12% of the stock after the spin-off. Who owns the other 88% of BVIG stock after the spin-off? "

Not sure I understand your question here...but KATX shareholders as of record date, 12/21/2011 will own the 88% of BVIG. There is not another 88%.
