No offence. this is the dummest statement I ever heard.
If one has a high IQ, you would understand the probability of things to decide on a course of action and get rid of worrying.

Especially, if one is a Christian, you would look upon the one with the higher IQ, namely God for taking care of one's worries.
People who makes those silly statements are preying into human frailness, despicable pile of crap.
