Solyndra vs Ash Grove....imo as much as we will hear Solyndra from the Republicans during the election season we will be hearing Ash Grove from Obama & company. You can bet they will steadily beat the drum how their policies provided a cure for mercury from cement plants saving the health of millions and playing to their large environmental base. Talk about exposure for GTGP from the best of sources. It won't take much DD from folks to find out GTGP is behind it and publicly traded. The actual float is miniscule now....how about then? Obama will be looking for any and every bullet to put in his gun to gain reelection. Ash Grove/GTGP will be one of them.

View this as the kickoff Narnia. The next 2-3 weeks should be very interesting here. The Ash Grove situation is a beauty and it's already spawned discussions with other cement plants. Jim has a lot of business stacking up ahead of him and will be gearing up operationally to address the market. Ever been involved with a company that has basically a monopoly on a huge market facing mandatory regulatory compliance?? Can you smile :)

You can bet your house and everything you own that there's an agreement between GTGP and the target company's BOD on this acquisition. I think you know who the target is. imo they were just waiting on the cement deal. Kinda sweet....we get the cement deal wrapped up with the acquisition at the same time.

PROJECTED REVENUES OF $5 TO $8 MILLION PER CEMENT PLANT:

It's going to be interesting when Jim PRs the Ash Grove deal. I believe revs to be $5-8 million per plant and there are like 9 plants in their system. Will Ash Grove just contract for the first plant then link in the other 9??? No doubt the other 8 will be part of it but will they be contracted all at the same time?

HUGE REVENUES EXPECTED FROM ACQUISITION TARGET:

I'll tell ya if anyone has bucks available there is NO SITUATION better than this one right now. Buy what you can, sit back for the next 2-4 weeks and be prepared to make some coin. I'm all in and wish I had more. Pretty incredible stuff Jim has going on. This acquisition is a thing of beauty. Just think, all those revs and profits and no dilution to us GTGP shareholders.
Yeah no need to guess at the target company. MSE it is and don't be surprised if they bring revenues of almost twice what is generally expected from the PR :) Very sweet indeed. MSE is a long standing "profitable" company so the higher the revs they bring the greater the speculation on profits they give to GTGP. And I'm telling ya expect to see a much higher number there than people think.

Whether the contract, and/or the acquisition is announced this week, or not, the time is getting very close for these events to take place. It might be announced in pre-market this Monday, but if not, then I would recommend getting in as soon as possible. Public money will be hearing about this company soon, as I am hearing that a professional PR firm by the name of Ruder Finn may be coming aboard to promote Jim's company. This is the same company that Jim used in his prior business. glta
