Of the 296,000,000 BVIG shares that were given to KATX for all of the properties....
261,474,694 = 88% will be distributed to shareholders of record on Dec, 21, 2011.
34,525,306 = 12 % will be retained and owned by KAT-X


From the Attorney Letter in KATX filing, you will find that Ken Stead directly owned 131,686,808 KAT-X shares.....and Tim Stead directly owned 118,394,168 KAT-X shares.... which entitles them to the 1 for 3 distribution also.
