Profits first(along with a monopoly),patients later, is for "big pharma"and friends.They can keep it,and to themselves for that matter.We need advancements,even at the cost of many old jobs,and old equipment/treatments ect.Changing our way of doing things for the better would hurt us economically suddenly and shortly but would help us as a WHOLE at once in a way beyond immaginable.I want to see more money in research and innovations rather than stuffing some peoples pockets for the samn old.We can do it.
