Hey Crusher let me help you with the story telling:

Then the company files its 10k report. Guess what there are some interesting updates and some potential events happening...

May be new financing with new people behind the company that are serious about the mining business...

One day they decide to do a 43-101 and they hit Gold...i mean lots of Gold and the share price goes through the roof and shareholders are happy...

Another day they get bought out by a major player and now all the shares converted into a new solid TSX company and the gold keeps flowing out...

And everybody lives richer and happier afterwards...
