did ok w Mgm

did much better w LVS but no longer holding

that was such a great time to buy, March of 2009 i remember watching the market daily and saying that March, this has to be the bottom

and it was, actually started turning, and it was a lucky call but one based on an educated guess, the very next wk

my ex g friend can vouch for me, DOW was at 5500 give or take and it had taken such a beating, i just didn't think it'd go lower

problem was i'd just spend a fortune on my new place
