CNGL Market Value Fluctuation

I see that CNGL had a mini promo last week. Do we all think that this was the cause of the sudden increase in value? Or am I missing something in the market. I think this company has potential but when touters get involved usually means the company is looking for some quick investments, which is not a good sign.

Any input would be appreciated.
