Dream, luckypennyz, I'm so sorry, I've really searched for a very long time and cannot find any paragraph that starts or ends with the one you have quoted from the 10K issued yesterday saying that the merger will now be completed in May. So please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I really hope its true as I'm not invested yet and would love to get some time to get in before the share price goes bananas! lol
I'm from London and not so familiar with 10K's so please show me what mistake I'm making? lol
I hope there is still time to get in, as I'm hoping to go long on this.
Dream, or any of my fellow posters, do we think this one will carry on up after the lock in agreement expires? No doubt some will sell if the price has moved substantially, but, perhaps they will also hold more than they thought they would once they see the appreciation in the share price? Perhaps?
