I thought the 10k was due today (14th) at midnight. Today is 15 days from the 30th. Do they give them till Monday (the next day the market is open) because today's date falls on a day the market is closed? I thought they will get the 'E' appended to the stock ticker if it's not filed by midnight today, and then the 'E' would be subsequently dropped when it is filed.

My apologies if this was already talked about, just don't want to wade through a thousand posts to possibly find it, lol.
