Best post yet, don't trust them penny stocks you will lose a lot of money unless your shorting them a lot of people got burnt in this original deal.

The original company was Cool Can Technologies, Inc. until 7-04 CCTI run by a guy called Bruce T Leitch out of Vancouver Canada then name change to NorPac Technologies, Inc until 8-2008 and now CelLynx Group, Inc. CYNX. with 240,831,326, issued and outstanding as of February 17, 2012 .
