My main comment is I have complete confidence in Rainer and Chuck and while I don't know why this move was done, am glad the voting power of this company is with the four people in the arena battling it out everyday. It also strengthens the alignment of rewards with stockholders. Their incentive is to have a higher stock price, usually driven by earnings, which they work for daily. The 10 cents is the price per share they get if they leave and sell the stock back. Incentive for them to stick around and see how the movie ends.I have not sold a share and remain long.
As far as conversions, they should have already paid 2/3 of the big $250,000 convertible plus interest with the last 1/3 coming up in June. It has either been paid in restricted stock or renegotiated. My sense of Hillair, the fund with this convertible, is they are not greedy and will settle in such a way as to get a fair return but not hurt the company. I expect an 8K about this in the next 60 days.
