APRIL IS HERE!!!! From the most recent 10q filed:

The Company has pursued plans to acquire the assets of an Internet marketing firm. The company has signed a definitive agreement and the close of the acquisition is scheduled for April, 2012. The company anticipates the closing of the acquisition pending the ability to secure the necessary capital.

I know all of us longs have seen this. Just wanted to post this for all potential investors to see that big things are around the corner for SnRy!!!!
