As far as I can tell, this is all encompassing including the original HC transfer which was to be a 4 for 1. So as I see it Ken Sead has disregarded the original PR'd deal for HC, and taken even more from KATX and moved it to it's sister, only to come out and give us less shares for more assets being moved. Something called bait and switch seems to come to mind, and all here are happy with this?

I want my original share distro as PR'd by Ken Stead and company for HC at 4 to 1 and a extra shares for the last asset strip.
