Deal won't close till mid to late June maybe sooner depending on how quickly the SEC responds to their filing. This move is all about Mark Cuban. He buys 7.4% of the company and he legitimizes the story big time...should have strong momentum on Monday. Hopefully the markets give us a chance to capitalize in a big way....
