I highly doubt JBII is concerned over someone who was terminated with cause 4 years ago. It is peculiar though that no other former employees are listed in any of the other filings as

TERMINATED WITH CAUSE

My curiosity wonders what she did so drastic that caused her to lose a significant amount of money holding 7.75 million shares of JBII.

Imagine if she wasnt terminated with cause she could still be associated with the company and possibly could have had a BIG pay day when the share price reached the upper $7.00 range in late 2009
